Birds at Hasties Swamp north Qld

Bob Cook and I were also at Hasties Swamp on Mon 11th Dec. We saw a couple
of sandpipers which got us thinking but finally we settled on Common rather
than Wood when we observed regular tail-bobbing. On reflection it's possible
both were there. We heard a couple of days later about the Painted Snipe .We
didn't see the Yellow Wagtail.
