Sorry I am probably a little late on this one - it's a bit isolated out here. Perhaps consideration should be given to some letters and lobbying to Jim Anderton, NZ Minister for Fisheries, as the offending boat is based in Tauranga on the North Island and the owner is considering basing the vessel in Nelson on the South Island.
