Hi Birders,In the latest issue of the Far South Coast Birdwatchers newsletter Nov-Dec 2006, is a report of another Fiordland Penguin, alive and on the rocks, below the Green Cape Light House, Ben Boyd NP, south of Eden. The bird was seen and photographed by Daniella Brozek Cordier. This brings to 3 the number that have recently come ashore, there being only two previous NSW records going back to 1917. 23/10/06 Barragoot Beach Bermagui, 6/11/06 Green Cape, Ben Boyd NP 7/11/06 Norah Head, Central Coast.Alan Morris =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
