I have just placed Quiz 8 on the web site. Another tern taken in Brisbane this time. Look on http://www.birdsqueensland.org.au/ Please note that all the old quizzes are on the old quizzes link beneath the photo. Last week's quiz (Quiz 7) seemed to be too hard for almost everyone. The size and the general jizz seemed to match immature Java Sparrow - not a bid I have ever seen in the wild. Can anyone provide a list of all feral birds which have some kind of wild population, and where they occur?
