Tony,
I have both swarovski bins and scope. I have had problems with the lens
covers for my el42 bins - the rubber hinges kept breaking and I had to
replace them three times - (though all gratis).
That said I dropped the bins about 6 weeks ago and knocked them out of
alignment. I sent them to Swarovski in Sydney who returned them to Austria e
for repair and loaned me a pair while the repair was being made. My pair
were returned to me last week free of charge not only was the optics
repaired, but all the rubber and plastic parts had been replaced too. Now
that is service.
Cheers
Alastair

Hi all, I've recently heard some vague comments about people having
problems with Swarovski scopes and binos, ie, focusing mechanisms
becoming faulty etc.
I'm interested in hearing about any other problems people may have had
with Swaros. Thanks.
Tony.
