I sometimes eavesdrop on the canberrabirds mailing list where Geoffery Dabb runs fun little competitions - so I thought I'd try one on birding-aus. I've put a photo of a nest taken by a friend here: http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~andrewt/nest.jpg Can you guess the species that owns the nest? Guesses to me (not the list) by e-mail. I'll post the answer and the names of any successful guessers tomorrow evening.
