Nathan Jones and I left Kangaroo Valley and arrived at Pitt Town Lagoon at approximately 10:30am. The Ruff was observed at about 12:00pm (sorry Peter, we found it 10 mins after you left!) today with a small flock of Sharp-tailed Sandpipers. It was first observed when flushed from the vegetation in the water, and then landed on the nearby mud. We observed it for roughly 15 minutes until it flew a bit further away. Good luck to those that look for it, Nigel =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
