Hello all,
I'm risking sounding a bit dense here but why isn't it a Coxen's Fig
Parrot? Not that that wouldn't be a wonderful find in itself.
Cheers

Presumably this bird is sympatric with the historical range of Coxen's Fig
Parrot, which suggests it's a good biological species (though who knows how
many records of Coxen's may have been of this bird).
