I opt for 'Blue-winged'.  OBP's are a brighter green, have less 
prominent blue wing patches, and no yellow around the face, so the blue 
across the brow stands out less than in these guys.  Sorry you missed 
the OBPs, but Blue wings are still a nice bird.
