Folks, At Penrhyn spit yesterday (cold, 7-8 southerly, gradually clearing): 41 BarTG 19 RNStint 0 Red Knot 0 Curlew Sandpiper 0 WF Tern 0 Little Tern 19 Crested Terns 1 WF Tern +60 Silver Gulls 2 Kelp Gulls In afternoon not much but there was a Reed Warbler singing its head off in the mangroves (!) close to the access road in. A first for me at Penrhyn.
