Dunn, Morlan and Wilds paper referred to in the references of the Johnson &
Johnson paper which aids identification of AGP and PGP in the field. One of
the aids is to count the number of primary tips exposed past the tertials -
3 in PGP and 4 or 5 in AGP, on a standing bird.
