Now if we see a hybrid of some bird and half of that bird represents
something that you have not seen before, do you give yourself half a
tick?

I have seen on two occasions what I believe to be hybrid South Island
Pied Oystercatchers/Australian Pied Oystercatchers but have not yet seen
a full bred South Island Pied Oystercatcher.

At the moment I do not tick any hybrids but do note them down.

Edwin

Any chance of a genetic analysis?
