Sighted the first Galahs yesterday. There were a flock of about 20 compared to the normal of about 70-100.They also don't seem to like the cold and disappear from my area for about 3-4 months. Have not sighted either Red or Yellow Wattlebird at present. Most areas They are present all year, but obviously not so at Orange. What were the Arrival, and dept dates for 2004 and 2005 and what sort of numbers are we Talking about! Alan |
