Hi All, Tony, If you are prepared to walk you can see all the falls every bit as good as from one of those darned noisy machines, SHAME ON YOU. George Swan was telling me there used to be a Peregrine Falcon on the cliffs above the falls but it appears to have disappeared. You wouldn't blame it with four helicopters buzzing you every few mins. They banned all that sort of stuff in the UK to protect the Golden Eagle. Wildlife before lazy tourists and birdwatchers. keith b the beautiful Hawkesbury 60km N/W of Sydney ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
