Hi Birders,I can confirm from Ken Shingleton that the Northern Shoveler , last seen at Smithtown NSW on 30/07/06 has still not been located. In addition I understand that some time was spent by a visiting birder searching for the Radjah Shelducks at their usual sites of Bombah Point & Mungo Brush, Myall Lakes NSW but they could not be seen. The last time that they may have been seen is 26/7/06. I would be interested in hearing from anyone if they have subsequently re-found these birds.
