David, a while ago I bought a Celestron Ultima 100ED 100x22-67 which is
quite good and inexpensive. I posted a review on this site so a search for
Celestron should find it.

Cheers

Hi Folks,

I'm in the market for a new scope. I like the look of the Kowa 821M
w/20-60x for around $1800 but have also discovered a Nikon RAII 80mm angled
w/20-60x for about half the price of the Kowa. Does anyone have experience
with the Nikon? Any recommendations gratefully received.

  Cheers,

  David Cameron
  Hamilton
