G'day Crompton? and all Be confused no more! . . . or at least with tattlers today. Grey-tailed Tattlers come into beautiful, fine barring along the chest and flanks as the breeding season approaches. If you visit this page www.rickicoughlan.com/aussiebirds/mar%2020%202006.html and scroll to the bottom, you'll find a snapshot of a couple of tattlers among a flock of others coming into their breeding finery on Roebuck Bay. (If the link is broken, you might need to cut and paste it ito your browser) Happy birding Ricki Coughlan Belrose, Sydney www.rickicoughlan.com/aussiebirds |
