Funny you should mention your workmates. I wound up giving quite a long talk on owls, the possums in the nearby park, predator to prey ratios and dinosaurs(!) to an ever-increasing crowd of owl admirers when I visited this fantastic fellow too. People are interested, in fact, I work on the assumption that everyone is a bird lover. They've just got to be shown these magnificent creatures and they go off. I was a little nervous passing the Leicas around, but fortunately all were well behaved. Ricki |
