Beachwashed birds at Mission Beach

G'day,

On the Atherton Tablelands there are many birds feeding along roadways at 
the moment. Fallen fruit and car killed insects are the attractants. I have 
had reports of greatly increased road deaths.
Birds are still very hungry and will tollerate much closer than normal 
approach.
