The following sighting has just been reported.
Area: NSW
Date: Tuesday, 28 March, 2006
Observer: Stephen Brooking
Location: Geneebeinga Wetlands (Jabiru Gardens), Casino (NSW)
Observation:
1 Blue-billed Duck; 250+ Plumed Whistling Ducks, at least 1 Pair with
7-10 chicks about 2 weeks old; at least 7 Latham's Snipe; Australasian
Shovellers; Jacanas on the increase; 4 Magpie Goose; Swamp Harrier;
Whistling Kite; Hobby
