Thanks to all those who responded to my earlier posting, following the huge number of responses, I have gone back through the memory chip on my camera and have discovered that I actually took two photos, these two pictures are untouched apart from being cropped, so may help someone come to a more definite decision as the second picture, although not focused very well does show it with it's wings closed. Please see http://members.optusnet.com.au/ozbird2/unknown1.jpg and http://members.optusnet.com.au/ozbird2/unknown2.jpg Regards, Mike Simpson Penrith, NSW, Australia http://members.optusnet.com.au/ozbirds -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
