    The larger objective also effects balance. The 65 is noticeably
    back heavy.

Swarovski sell a balance rail accessory.  While aimed at digiscoping
to counter the weight of a camera, I suspect it can also be used 
to balance the weight of the scope over the tripod head if it has
sufficient range of travel.
