Hi Victorians (and interstate twitchers), Just thought I'd let you all know that Birdline Victoria (run through BA's Vic group). is now being updated everyday (great stuff Richard and Margaret). So if you've been to Werribee chasing a Phalarope for instance let Birdline know the latest. I've offered to forward on reports put out to Birding-aus as at present these are not making it onto Birdline. If we all report our sightings to Birdline Vic, and with daily updates, it would have to be our first port of call for info on rarities in Victoria and may save clogging up Birding-aus with regular updates. Then again if people prefer Birding-aus as the news hotline then carry on! Cheers, Simon Starr. -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
