Hi All
Birding locally around Brisbane southside...
Saturday - Manly Wader Roost & Hope Is ponds - usual species, nothing
out of the ordinary.
Saturday evening - Bulimba creek, no Bush hen but Buff-banded Rail and a
nice evening walk.
Sunday morning - Eagleby and a family party of ~ 10 Magpie Goose
goslings along with 4 adults were the first MG goslings I've seen.
Really reddish heads, quite surprising. 3 Wandering Whistle-ducks and 2
Pink-eared among the usual birds.
Monday morning - Minnippi and, again, nothing unexpected. 1
White-throated Needletail high overhead.

I have created a Blog - see attachement below. Records my recent trips
and I have inserted some photos I like. They're not brilliant, but I
enjoy them!
