Hi Andrew, Although not the same experience as yours, I once saw a juvenile Pallid Cuckoo being fed by at least 3 different species of birds, (Silvereye, Yellow-faced and White-naped Honeyeaters) on the Golf-Course at Stanthorpe S.Qld. Have got footage of this on digital video if anyone is interested.
