WA ID quiz

For the second time this week I've been asked to ID birds from WA, will have
to go there soon.

Dr Chan from Malaysia asks:

Hi Tom,
  I would be grateful if you could help me to ID these two black cuckatoos
taken by a friend in WA

 The male's bill looks a bit short and broad so I thought it he could be the
short billed.
 the female's bill is long and slender so I labelled her as the Long billed
