I have had a pair of these for the last 5 years. The are very reasonably priced compared to the Leicas and Swarovskis.
The optics are good, doubtless the more expensive roof prism bins have slightly better optics, but for my purposes they are OK (I don't bird nearly as often as I'd like, perhaps every third or fourth weekend, plus trips). I have taken them to Malaysia and had them there in very humid conditions for over two weeks without any problems; they have been thoroughly drenched by rain a couple of times, and I have taken them inland in very dusty areas, again without problems. I have also dropped and knocked them accidently a few times without damage.
One little gripe, they didn't come with a top lens cover, I had to improvise one.
On the whole though, I'd recommend them.
cheers
