Hi to all Grasswren hunters, I have never failed to see Dusky Grasswrens at Trephina Gorge, in the East McDonnells. Mind you, I've only been there twice! Both times they were in the vicinity of the start of the walking track (is it called Lookout Walk?) that climbs up over a steep hill on the far side of the gorge. I've also seen them at Ormiston Gorge, but only once in two trips. They were on the slopes below the Ghost Gum that gives its name to a walk, on the left as you enter the gorge from the car park.
