Hi Birders,

I think that Tony Russell must have been having a bad hair day, to complain about people wriitng about birds!! Surely it is a change from GPS's

Maybe its jealousy, all those great birds passing up and down the NSW coast and totally missing Adelaide all together! Don't worry Tony, we still have Sacred Kingfishers, Dollarbirds, Leaden Flycatchers, Rufous Fantails, Black-faced Monarchs, Cicadabirds, Brush Cuckoos and Swifts still to come.and to write about!

No Dollarbirds or Sacred Kingfishers here at Bateau Bay yet, but Sacred Kingfishers were first seen on 18/9/05 at Condobolin and Eubalong West and White-backed Swallows at Lake Cargelligo STW on 17/9/05.

As the local Regional Organiser for the BA Bird Atlas, many of the local records at least make the Atlas!
