ETA of Latham's Snipe

Hi Angela & others,

The usual time of arrival of Latham's Snipe in our area is the end of the 
second week in August, generally the 14th August. This year they came in 
right on time, being seen in the Hawkesbury Marshes NSW on 14/8/05, The 
Dairy Swamp, Tuggerah 16/8/05 and Fivebough Swamp, Leeton on 28/8/05. As 
they are still at the Dairy Swamp, I am sure that they are present in the 
Hunter Valley particularly at the Wetland Centre, Shortland, Pambalong Swamp 
& Market Swamp, Sandgate.
