Hi all,A friend and I are going to New Caledonia next month. Does anyone have recent information on access to Riviere Bleu? The bridge into the park was damaged in June/July 2003 and I can't find a more recent report saying whether or not it's been fixed. Obviously this makes a big difference to our plans for seeing most of the endemics - especially Kagu. People can contact me directly with any information Thanks, Dave David Wilson Center for Resource and Environmental Studies Australian National University Canberra ACT 0200 Australia ph +61 +2 61256777 fax +61 +2 61250757http://cres.anu.edu.au/~davidw/ -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is now on the Web at www.birding-aus.org -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
