Hi Birding-aussers, I to am getting a few spam messages in my Birding-aus mail. At the most 2 or 3 per day. My ISP is Optusnet and they have a free spam filtering service which I activated at the beginning of the year. Optunet sends a monthly spam report for each identity I operate. Here is the report on what it has removed for the identity (sitella) I use exclusively for Birding-aus. Feb. 3 spam e-mails removed from a total of 521 e-mails. Mar. 1 from 406. April. 3 from 483. May. 20 from 472. June. 13 from 460. July. 21 from 454. Obviously something happened around May. Bruce. Bruce Cox on Sydney's Northern Beaches. -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is now on the Web at www.birding-aus.org -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
