What was interesting was the skill and commitment of the cameraperson to
follow the Kite for so long, obviously on pretty high zoom - brilliant.
While I loved the whole TDF coverage (including the bike racing!), that was
one of the best highlights. And the Stork, of course!

Did any of you watch Le Tour De France? How good was the helicopter
photography? did you see the long shot of the gliding Black Kite? We
could have mad a "Life List of Birds Seen via Live Coverage of Le
Tour" and it would have included European Stork as well.
THese guys must have a birder on board somewhere.
