Everyone, As an aviculturist I can't for the life of me think why Collared Doves would be imported for the cage bird market. There would little to no interest in them. Smells fishy to me. If they are allowed in this country I'll be extremely annoyed as no foreign finches have been imported into this country in years, and there's a strong market for them.
