Also as an addendum, I have also noticed that both Little Wattlebird and Eastern Spinebill seem to have become more common locally. And as an errata to my original list, of course I meant resident Grey not Pied Butcherbird. (It's good to see someone is paying attention - a PB would be a good bird indeed for suburban Melb.)
