Dear All I too would include Bulbul in my "happy" list for Melbourne, let alone Victoria, as it would still have to be one of the rarest breeding birds in this state. Having only seen the species once, at Chelsworth, a couple of years ago I would be more that happy to see it again. Good on you Greg for reporting what you have seen.
