We spent a delightful morning
on the Plant but were absolutely horrified when we found the gate to the
T-section wide open and with the lock open on the chain. There were no
other vehicles about. I phoned the Ranger who asked us to please lock the
Gate.
I cannot believe bird watchers
would do this nor can I imagine going to the Plant and not having the access I
now enjoy because an irresponsible person has not done the right
thing.
PLEASE LOCK THE GATES.
