Spent a short time at the WTP today.

Large numbers of shorebirds and waterfowl partly due to very high tide. There was a pectoral sandpiper and ruff at the Paradise Lagoons and a single Glossy Ibis. An immature white-bellied sea eagle was also cruising around.

Also yesterday evening, over central Melbourne, a few white-throated needletails.

Regards,

Simon Mustoe.
