I remember seeing what was probably a Straw-necked Ibis on the ground while watching cricket on the TV a few weeks ago. It was equally frustrating as I got only glimpses of it as the ball speed past that area of the field - from memory I think it was out behind square leg at the time (behind cover when they changed ends).
