As far as I'm aware, the only contemporary guide for the Sundas is:
Coates, B.J. & Bishop, K.D. (1997). /A guide to the birds of Wallacea:
Sulawesi, The Moluccas and Lesser Sunda Islands, Indonesia. / (Dove
Publications: Alderley QLD).
It is unfortunately something of a doorstop (big & heavy), but probably
comparable to the Pizzey Australian guide in that respect.
