It may just be a typing slip but I reckon by "CatchPole" you are referring to Clive
Catchpole, who has worked with Prof P.J.B. Slater on aspects of vocal behaviour
(and "mimicry") in birds. Slater wrote to me about this for my Regent
Honeyeater work.
