Hi all, this morning a collegue saw at least 4 Magpie Geese at the large wetlands immediately west of Pacific Hwy (Maitland Road), north of the Sandgate Cemetery, Newcastle. Can anyone from the the Hunter Bird Observers club, or other local birdos let me know whether these birds are regularly seen throughout the Hunter region? I will see if l can find the Painted Snipe this afternoon at Ash Island. Cheers ___________________________________ Aaron Organ Zoologist mobile: 0429 792 906 Biosis Research Pty. Ltd.
