Gday all, All the lagoons and most of the wetlands are either full or close to it. There are plenty of Sharptailed Sand Pipers spread around them as well as a few Pacific Plovers and Marsh Sandpipers. White -winged Trillers,Singing Buslarks, Rufous Songlarks are every where. Never seen as many Scarlet Honeyeaters here before. In contrast is the small numbers of Pallid, and Brush Cukoos. Quail numbers appear to building in the usual paddocks along Cornwallis Rd and a Grey Goshawk as been seen twice this week in Mitchell Park.
