Chris Hassell rediscovered the Rose-coloured Starling (the name I prefer) this afternoon at Lake Eda, Broome, just 5 km from where it was first found nearly 3 weeks ago. It seemed fairly settled. The worrying part is that birders have been in that area many days since last Sunday and before without seeing it but apparently only once in the precise area seen today.
