Dear Birding-Ausers,
Bill Wakefield ran two pelagic trips from Eaglehawk Neck in Tasmanaia on 26
and 27 June 2004. I wasn't on the trips, but Bill has supplied his
observations to me. I am posting them for your interest.
The bird highlights were Grey Petrel on both trips and White-headed Petrel
on the first. However, the number of cetaceans, particularly on the first
trip, were at least equal as highlights, even to most birders, I would
imagine.
