GreetingsI have contacted the publishers, A C Black, about the possibility of a reprint or new edition, and the y have replied that there is a new edition in the pipeline. Unfortunately we can not expect it until at least 2007. Those that do have a copy, guard them well, as there are not that many out there on the 2nd hand market.
