1. Shop around for total price, including postage.
2. See if they will ship by surface mail. This can be cheaper
from European countries if you can wait 3 months or so.
My copy of Hayman, Marchant and Prater was 12 pounds +
4 pounds postage.
3. Buy a couple of books at a time. Second and subsequent books
can be cheaper to post.
4. See if someone will ship for free. Some publishers do this,
rather than discounting and upsetting retailers.
