Spotted Pardalotes have been very active in Sydney for some weeks now and many are coming down from the treetops to nest.

Andy

HI All,
I was surprised to see a Spotted Pardalote entering a nest hole at Audley in the Royal NP this morning (July 4). I see the Morcombe Field Guide suggests a breeding season from June to January, but it still seems very early to be breeding - it was 6 degrees at my place the other night!
