Hi Birders, Things are pretty dry around Cessnock in the Hunter Valley, so that expectations for seeing Swift Parrots and Regent Honeyeaters at the various known sites at Quorrobolong, Ellalong, Paxton and Aberdare SF don't look good, However Margaret Pointer, from the Central Coast Group of Birding NSW, while visiting a property midway between Quorrobolong and Ellalong saw 3 Swift Parrots and 3 Glossy Black Cockatoos on Sunday 23/5/04.
