The colony of fairy penguins at Boronia Beech is now in danger after loosing
nine individuals from a careless or wanton act from one idiot with a dog.
Just shows how vulnerable things can be.

The Tasmanian Conservation Trust says there should be large fines for people
who fail to keep their dogs on a leash.
